Hi there!

I’m Lydia, the heart behind Pup & Pooch. I launched the business in December 2025 because I wanted my days to be filled with what I love most: caring for dogs.

From childhood, dogs have been at the centre of my life. I grew up with them, helped friends and family with their pets, and always felt happiest when I was with a wagging tail. While working in an office, I realised I needed to follow that pull - to swap a desk for daily walks, cuddles and the simple joy of helping dogs thrive.

Every dog I meet is treated with the same kindness and attention I give my own companion, Teddie. I know how important it is to trust the person looking after your dog, which is why I’m fully trained in Canine First Aid and currently completing a Level 3 Award in Canine Care, Behaviour and Welfare. My training, experience and genuine love for dogs mean I’m committed to keeping your pet safe, happy and well cared for , whether it’s a short visit, a long walk or trusted pet sitting.
